Eating items locally produced ensures freshness and supports our local economy. Whenever possible, we use produce grown within 200 miles of our café.
Our staff provides delivery and set-up Monday - Friday. Events scheduled outside these hours will need to be coordinated with the Catering Representative in order to best plan for your event. If your event requires bar services, the event will be billed $75 per bartender. We do recommend 1 bartender per 50 people. Please discuss your specific needs with your Catering Representative.
To professionally prepare for each event, we request that you guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least two business days prior to the event. If no changes are confirmed, service will be provided and billed for the original number of guests.
We suggest that your catering arrangements be made as early as possible. Catering should receive your menu at least two weeks prior to the event. However, we understand that some events may not be confirmed with this much advance notice. In these instances, please contact us as soon as your event is confirmed so that we may begin planning for your event.
We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice. Due to our advance preparation, complete cancellations within 48 hours will not incur any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total, and less than 24 hours may incur the full cost. Your catering representative will be able to walk through any potential costs incurred at the time of the cancellation.
For your convenience, we are also available to assist in the selection of linens, bar set up and floral arrangements. Black linen to be included when an expenditure of $8 per person food and beverage is met. If that food and beverage minimum is not met, linens will be charged at the rate of $3 each. Please note that oval tables will require two linens ($6 per table). Specialty linen is also available for an additional charge. Black Round Tablecloths will be charged at the rate of $15 each and black oval tablecloths at the rate of $18 each.
All catering buffet setups will be supplied with the appropriate white china, glassware, and silverware. For the Artisan Direct menu delivery service, we provide disposable packaging, dinnerware, and cutlery at no additional charge.
For the safety and well-being of our clients and guests, food and beverages are not permitted to leave the event space at the end of the event. Items that are ordered a la carte, are pre-packaged and non-perishable may be sold on a “by-consumption” basis. A credit will be issued for any unused items, although a minimum of 30% of the original items ordered will be billed.

All orders should be placed on-line at the locations designated in CaterTrax website or via your Catering Representative. All orders should be submitted through those services by end of the day, the Wednesday of the week prior to your event. When providing the guarantee, please provide any allergies or special dietary requests.
If you don’t see the menu items you want, please reach out to your Event Coordinator or Catering Representative to customize something to suit your theme or needs. If you are planning a Staff Appreciation Event, customized menus can be created for your celebration. If you prefer to use an external catering source or more of a pot-luck format, we can still help with service wares (silverware, napkins, plates, drinks, ice, etc.). Please contact your Catering Representative or Event Coordinator for details on your event.
